The “Residenze Su Planu” offer to you hospitality in a comfortable structure where you will be received with kindness and professionalism. Our Studios and our rooms, all independent as hotel rooms, are carefully furnished, all differents, cozy and comfortable, each come with its own personality and equipped with every comfort such as private bathroom, fridge, free Wi-Fi, private parking, LCD TV, free parking on site and many other services that will make your stay comfortable. We are in Cagliari, in Via Peretti 4 km from the central Rome and 9 km from the Poetto beach.
They are made up of eight independent “hotel” rooms, each with its own independent entrance to guarantee its privacy. The apartments are comfortable, bright and air conditioned and some have a kitchenette. Each unit is equipped with a small code security box adjacent to the entrance door from which it is possible to pick up the key to access independently to guarantee your privacy.
Services and amenities offered free of charge: self check-in; bottle of water, coffee machine, coffee refills, fridge, latex and memory foam mattresses, latex pillows, LCD TV, private bathroom in the room, air conditioning; balcony, parking area, independent rooms in hotel style (without shared spaces). Where provided, kitchenette.
From June to September we organize boat trips Minimum 2 Guests. Ask for information.
